Project President/CEO: Donald L. Bailey – A business graduate and football athlete from Tulane University in Louisiana with over 30 years experience in business management and architectural computer design and development. Mr. Bailey founded Atlantis Internet Group (ATIG)  a casino management corporation consisting of online and traditional gaming executives. These executives in ATIG serve as a think tank for the gaming industry.

Mr. Bailey specialized in computer design with past clients such as Mobil Oil, Walt Disney Corporation, Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and other Fortune 500 corporations. In 1996, Mr. Bailey utilized his computer and management experience and created one of the first Internet Casinos introduced on the Internet (www.atlantis-gaming.com). Over the years, Mr. Bailey has been known for his innovative ideas and designs.

As a pioneer of Internet gaming software platforms, Mr. Bailey is the original designer for all Atlantis products and designs ranging from numerous Internet Casinos, Web Directory Assistance (an operator assisted search engine technology), Good-as-Gold (an online ATM), Casino Gateway Network (an Online Gaming System), to Architectural Casino Hotel Designs & Development. To his credit he developed an architectural design that received numerous awards including an exhibit at the 1984 World’s Fair in New Orleans, Louisiana titled “Amphibious Community Design” (a totally self-sufficient floating community on water aka one of the first barge-based casino designs).

Executive Vice President of Operations. - Linda I. Bailey – A business and marketing major from Santa Monica College in California. Over 10 years of experience in Executive Administration in the overall operations of an Internet Gaming and Software development corporation. Responsible for the coordination of communications between ATIG’s executive office and technological personnel as it applies to the marketing, development and implementation of Internet technology to the gaming industry. Mrs. Bailey was an Executive Assistant & Public Relations representative for CEO’s and Vice Presidents at Tenet Healthcare Corporation for over 10 years. Other experience included working in the legal field with the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel for Gov. Richard Thornburg and Gov. Robert Casey.

Legal Counsel/BOD: William E. Lewis, Esquire - Currently serving as General Counsel for Atlantis Gaming Acquisition Group, Corp. an ATIG subsidiary. Mr. Lewis was formerly a partner with the law firm of Smith Martin in New Orleans, LA. Smith Martin's clients in the gaming entities include; Bally's Entertainment, Boomtown, Inc., Circus Circus, Hilton Gaming Corporation and Casino Magic. For over 16 years, Mr. Lewis has specialized in litigation, governmental affairs, sports and entertainment, commercial transactions, corporate/business, and public finance law. Mr. Lewis received his J.D. from Southern University and his B.S. from Hampton University.

Director of Business Development: John Roche - A business management and marketing major from Hawaii Loa, Hawaii and Long Beach State in California. Mr. Roche has been with Atlantis Internet Group for 10 years. He has established the strategic relationships with industry leading vendors in the gaming industry. Additionally, he has been involved with raising capital for ATIG through private placements. Mr. Roche is a forward thinking asset of ATIG who finds new markets and ideas to have the company enter into and become a leading player.

Advisor To BOD Mr. Frederick Sandvick : - An attorney and counselor of law admitted in the State of California and U.S. District Court for Southern District of California in 1987 and is currently an active member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Sandvick was also an active certified public accountant from 1981 through 1996. Mr. Sandvick holds a Diploma of Law in Taxation, a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration (Accounting) with honors and distinction. Mr. Sandvick has 27 years of experience in a diverse range of businesses, with over 20 years in the gaming and entertainment industry. Currently, Mr. Sandvick is the Managing Partner of Vanguard Strategies, Inc, a privately-held strategic planning company founded by Mr. Sandvick in May 1995. Vanguard provides strategic planning for diverse clientele, including advisory services with respect to capital financing, mergers, acquisitions, business development, management, and strategic alliances, in the industries of gaming/entertainment, technology, finance, and real estate.

Formerly, Mr. Sandvick, from 1996 through 2003, was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of On-Point Technology Systems, Inc., a publicly-held company traded on NASDAQ, which was a leader in the gaming industry in providing certain gaming technology to the lottery industry. Such technology was supplied to the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, California, Washington, and Missouri prior to selling the technology in 2001. On-Point was also the exclusive provider of such technology to the countries of France and Malta. In addition, On-Point had strategic international joint ventures in Mexico and Brazil for similar multi-purpose technology. From 1990 through 1995.

Mr. Sandvick was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jackpot Enterprises, Inc., and a then New York Stock Exchange listed company in the gaming/entertainment industry. Jackpot generated annually approximately $100 million in revenues, with over $73 million of assets and 950 employees. The operations of Jackpot involved the deployment of over 4,800 gaming machines in 450 locations, including four smaller Nevada casinos and 27 separate subsidiary companies.

Advisor To BOD: Mr. Brian J. Roberts : - Educated in England, majoring in electronic telecommunication from the Royal Air Force School of Technical Training. In addition, he has attended many computer programming and design and business management class both in the U.K., and in the U.S. His computer skills lead to the design and development of the first lotto system for a U.S. Lottery, which was implemented for the New York Lottery in 1978. Roberts has spent over 30 years in all aspects (Lottery, Pari-mutuel, Casino and Charitable Gaming) of the gaming industry. He is recognized as a pioneer and innovator in the industry, and holds over twenty issued and pending industry related U.S patents. Within the pari-mutuel industry he served on the Uniform Rules Committee and the 1995 Committee both of which laid the foundation for Inter-Track racing in the U.S.

Roberts’ gaming career has been truly international; developing, implementing and managing gaming systems in several domestic and international jurisdictions, while employed in senior management positions by some of the most notable organizations in the industry: The Vernon’s Organization – the world’s largest operator of long-odds betting pools, Ladbroke – the World’s largest bookmaker, International Lottery and Totalizator Systems, Inc., On-Point, Interlot and GTECH. His roles have provided unique experience and credentials in the gaming industry covering: systems design and development, content development, operations, sales and marketing, and general management.

Advisor To BOD: Herbert J. Strather : - A real estate developer and entrepreneur who has developed and purchased commercial and residential properties for over 30 years. Mr. Strather is President/CEO of Strather & Associates. This firm has handled over $1 billion in real estate transactions and is a diverse firm managing real estate acquisitions, mortgages, property investments and retail properties. In the mid 90s, Strather organized and led the successful initiative to place casino gaming on the ballot for Michigan voters and was awarded along with his investors the rights to operate one of three land based casinos in Detroit.

The group later sold their interest for over $100 million dollars and Herb Strather along with many of those same investors are involved in the development of a proposed destination casino resort with the Mashpee Wampanoag Indians in Massachusetts. Recently, Strather and several partners (which include many of the music legends) purchased the Hotel St. Regis in Detroit which will have as one of its attractions, a Hitsville Venture themed archival and a direct advertising tie-in with HitsvilleLive.com. Mr. Strather is the Chairman of Hitsville Venture, LLC.

As former majority-owner of the advertising firm Fast Forward Group, Herb Strather was awarded several projects in recent years. The company’s advertising concepts were so unique and innovative; they became instrumental in the successful bid for several monumental projects.
